I have been testing out energy bite recipes (or protein balls, however you like to call them!) for a while now and I found a lot of okay recipes. This one is my absolute favorite. I could eat them all in one sitting. They almost taste like cookie dough (I won’t lie and tell you they taste just like cookie dough, they don’t, but close enough)! They take 5 minutes to make a require no baking. I love keeping these in the fridge. When I’m in need of a snack or I’m craving something sweet – which happens often – I love to grab a couple of these! Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

THE BEST ENERGY BITES
- 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 4 tbsp honey
- 3-4 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1-2 tbsp water (as needed)
Mix all ingredients (except water) together in a bowl. Stir well. If the mixture is still crumbly, add a tiny bit of water (1 tbsp at a time).
Form little bite-size balls and store them in the fridge to firm up.
