I don’t know about you guys, but when warmer weather starts to hit, I have ice cream on my mind pretty much every day. I remember seeing recipes for “Nice Cream” a while back on Pinterest, so I started making it lately and I’m obsessed! Basically, you mix frozen bananas in a food processor and it gives you a very similar texture to ice cream. You can then add pretty much whatever else you like in there to get a yummy guilt-free frozen treat! Here is the way I’ve been making it lately.
Banana, Raspberry, Almond ''Ice Cream''
- 4 Frozen Bananas (slice bananas before freezing)
- 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 to 3 tbsp Almond Milk
Place first 3 ingredient in food processor and mix on high.
Add almond milk 1 tbsp. at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
Enjoy! You can save the rest in the freezer.
